6.2 The Client is solely responsible for testing all alarm and camera devices at least once per week.
6.3 The Client is responsible for all costs associated with routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, batteries, upgrades, and service visits unless otherwise stated in writing.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMSEC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, burglary, fire, personal injury, or consequential or indirect damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
8.3 AMSEC shall not be liable for system failure due to power outages, internet failure, communication failure, environmental conditions, or lack of proper maintenance or testing by the Client.

9. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AMSEC from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from the use, failure, or misuse of the Products and Services, except to the extent prohibited by law.
