Install, wire, and configure low-voltage systems, including:
CCTV & IP security cameras
Alarm systems
Access control systems
Intercoms & door entry systems
Smart home automation devices
Networking (routers, switches, cabling)
Troubleshoot system issues and perform service calls
Run, terminate, and label low-voltage cabling (Cat5/6, coax, alarm wire, etc.)
Test system functionality and ensure proper operation
Maintain accurate documentation of installs and service visits
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
Follow safety procedures, codes, and company standards
Minimum 1 year experience in low-voltage installation (security systems preferred)
Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring, cabling, and tools
Experience with CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems (preferred)
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift equipment, work on ladders, and access tight spaces
Must pass background check (standard for security system work)
